Maggie has over 25 years of auctioning experience and is committed to giving you competent advice, honest and efficient service, and her expertise in appraisals. She specializes in estate and probate auctions, as well as insurance, IRS and divorce, offering certified appraisals in all areas of property. She is a member of the Kiwanis, Antique Club, WCR, the Cincinnati Art Museum and numerous collector groups, also maintaining an up-to date reference center. Maggie is licensed in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and South Carolina. She is a member of the State and National Auctioneers Associations, CAI and A.A.R.E. She is a certified expert witness, a certified estate specialist, a licensed realtor, an ISA and a Graduate Personal Property Appraiser

We know how to properly promote and market your auction to ensure its success. We also have art and jewelry consulting specialists and a presence on the web. Customers can even bid in real time online.

WE DO THE WORK FOR YOU
Auctions eliminate hassles to the buyer or seller. We pick up items to take to the Auction Center or hold the auction at the site, whichever would be more benificial for you. We provide advertising, set up, refreshments, tents, and clean up as part of our services. Hauling services are also available. We will take care of any unusual requests, or find out who can. At Auctions by Maggie, we do the extras.
