Selling to highest bidder, subject to confirmation. 3. All sales are final. No claim will be considered for allowance, adjustment or rescission of any sale based on failure of the property to correspond to any particular standard of expectation. 4. A 10% bidder’s premium will be added to the successful high bid. 5. A $ 1,500.00 escrow will be required by the successful bidder on the day of auction. At such time, the successful bidder shall enter into a purchase contract with completion of purchase as follows: A. within 30 days of execution of purchase contract, the balance of purchase price shall be paid by cash, certified check or approved money order.
